Ben Tansley

Managing Director

Ben is a dedicated professional in the financial services industry. Ben started his journey in 2015, joining the team as a trainee paraplanner, and has since risen to become a Technical Director for the company.

In this capacity, Ben's responsibilities have expanded to oversee the firm's technical strategy. He collaborates with the managing director on business plans while contributing to the firm’s technical progression. He is passionate about innovation and enjoys developing new systems and tools.

Alongside this role, Ben also serves as the firm's Pension Transfer Specialist, offering oversight and sign-off for complex pension advice. He occasionally joins client meetings alongside financial advisers to offer his insight.

Ben's has a range of financial services qualifications. Recently, he earned the prestigious title of 'Chartered Financial Planner' from the esteemed Chartered Insurance Institute. He is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ben embraces the joys of family life. He and his wife are proud parents to their son, William, and their daughter, Alice, who bring happiness and a lack of sleep in equal parts.
